Cobalt & the Hired Guns will also be performing at the Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival at Congress Theater along with the great Bela Fleck. Cobalt starts at 11 a.m. as part of the Chicago Roots Collective – a community of 10 bands all connected to Americana music roots in some way.
