BCC has traveled the barren hot roads of the south to the beaches of the east and deserts of the west. From the House of Blues in Chicago, Illinois to SXSW in Austin, Texas. Within there nearly 3 years as an independent band, BCC has been honored to share bills with such folks as Edward Sharp & The Magnetic Zeros, Crash Kings, Cory Chisel & the Wondering Sons, The Trippin Billies and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals as well as hundreds of other truly talented knowns and unknowns. “The fun, indie, folk rock sound created by BandCalledCatch is like Jello; no matter who you are, there’s always room for it.” “Our music is our story. We invite you to become a part of it.” Peace and Love, BCC

PRESS:
“A witty, upbeat band with a strong appeal to those of you who enjoy music from Sublime (without the drug references), Dave Matthews Band (without the annoying fans), Collective Soul (without the band), and Barenaked Ladies (without the lameness? Is that a word?).” -Jason Pietros, Chicago’s Independent Music Review
“Undeniably strong pop songwriting and genuinely witty lyrics” -Jim DeRogatis, Chicago Sun-Times and host of NPR’s Sound Opinions
“This performance was lively and full of energy that kept everyone moving to the beat including SouthSide. You couldn’t help but feed off the rockin’ vibes from the band and vice versa…SouthSide recommends Fearless fans checking out Band Called Catch and their new EP titled …this.” -Southside of Fearless Radio (Review of MOBfest performance 6/18/2009) , Southside’s Blogspot
